Please note we DO NOT have active stock levels on the website. In most cases we have the stock available. We will always contact customers if there is a delay regarding orders received and the stock is not immediately available, but we do ask that customers call us before ordering online to check stock to avoid any possible delays and disappointment if the items are required quickly. When you see an Estimated Shipping Date present that indicates that average time the item will need to ship. We will of course endeavour to ship before this date. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product sections and click on 'add to cart' on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Please note we DO NOT have any active stock levels on the website. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit cards and debit cards [except American Express] and PayPal as forms of payment. Whatever country you are in simply place your order and your card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa debit and Mastercard. You may send your credit or debit card information via phone or over the Internet via our secure server.
Shipping charges are done by order value. We use either Royal Mail or DPD to ship orders within the UK. For international orders we use various shipping agents to try and get the best price and service.
The shipping costs for your order are displayed in the checkout process, before any card details are entered. Please add any items you wish to purchase to the basket, and you can select 2 options for delivery see below for costing:

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, European and Worldwide Destinations vary in price, with the correct postcode the correct shipping price will be presented in the cart. Failure to use the correct postcode will delay your order.
Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland even though are mainland UK are considered out of area by DPD. These include the following postal codes:

International customers please note - Even though we have international destinations selectable in our checkout we will not send to all, we would ask that you contact us to get a shipping quote so that the correct price and suitable service can be used. Our default shipping charge is £80.00 this may or may not cover the costs of shipping, if an order is received and shipping is cheaper or extra costs are needed we will contact to advise a course of action.
We process orders daily and aim to dispatch orders that we have stock of within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are quoted below. Delivery times are quoted from receipt of shipment email
Economy = 3-5 working days after receiving shipment email excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. [normally by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class on smaller items]
Express = 1 working day after receiving shipment email excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. [normally by DPD]
If your order is urgent you are advised to contact us before 12pm on +44 1256 704909 to check stock before ordering. If we receive an order and any/all the items are out of stock we will always try and notify you via email or phone.
We use DPD for bulky/valuable orders. If the order is received before 12pm and the items are in stock and Express shipping is selected, the order will be despatched for Express delivery. Our Express shipping is defined as you will receive your goods the following day after receiving the shipping confirmation email
This type of shipping will require a signature. And we advise that a mobile number be provided to so that you can be notified for the 1-hour delivery window that DPD provide on the day of delivery. If no one is going to be around to sign for the parcel[s] we ask that orders are shipped to a business address. This is to avoid any delays where you may not be in to sign for a package and is only available to UK Mainland excluding Highlands and Islands.
Highlands and Islands areas are normally a 2-day delivery service with DPD, you will be notified of any delays.
For International orders please allow up to 10 working days. For International orders we will use a variety of methods to ship your order we will notify you with the relevant information.
Note: We are unable to ship Aerosols, Cleaning fluids or Batteries outside of the UK - Any orders received will be cancelled and refunded.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you'd like is shown online but out of stock, then you can check availability in store by calling us, making sure you have the product details to hand. If the product is available, then you can place an order over the phone.
Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
We will show out of stock products online so that you still have access to the product details or so that you can (in some instances) place the item on backorder to be delivered when the item returns to stock.
Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control there are discrepancies with stock levels resulting in out of stock items being reported as in stock. In these cases, we will inform you immediately if there is an alternative or if the item is due back in stock. However, if neither of the options are available we will inform you of our decision to not process your order.
If your item is not in stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by e-mail [Please check spam/trash folders] or telephone with the option to back order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is included in our prices.
Countries included in the EU and VAT chargeable are as follows: Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Corsica, Cyprus, France, Germany, Irish Republic, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania ,Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If we receive an order from the above countries and vat has been removed we will contact you and advise a course of action. Credit Card Security All orders placed using a Credit/Debit Card through our website are securely processed by SagePay.
Sagepay as a payment service provider (PSP), thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to us. It is our top priority to ensure that your transaction data is kept secure always. Details of the security measures in place are described below.
- Transaction security
All transaction information passed between www.motohaus.com and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
- Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
- System security
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
- Links to banks
Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
- Internal security
Sage Pay is controlled by Iris Scanners, which are the latest and most precise biometric security devices available for identification. As used by; chemical plants, airports, police stations, prisons and other facilities where security is paramount. No one can enter or leave the building without a valid security pass.
- Staff validation
All employees at Sage Pay are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked prior to employment and no unauthorized individual has access to or is able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). All transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees.
- Disaster recovery
Sage Pay operates on twin data centres to ensure optimal system security and up-time and has a full disaster recovery and business continuation policy.

For your protection Motohaus Powersports Ltd strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). All Returns must have an RMA number. Please go to the Motohaus Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) portal, at http://motohaus.returnsportal.net/
Create an account and follow the instructions to receive a RMA number, which is necessary to help action your refund or return.
If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please return it to Motohaus Powersports Ltd within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s).
Cancellations (UK Only)
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract to purchase an item within seven working days of its delivery.
On-Line orders can be paid for by credit card via our secure web payment service Sagepay or via PayPal.
Offers & Promotions
The following Terms & Conditions relate to offers and promotions as indicated on specific products. Start and end dates for these offers and promotions will vary. See relevant product pages or related advertising for details.
Special discounts and price offers cannot be combined. The larger of the discount savings will be applied only to give you the best deal. i.e An existing price reduction or sale offer cannot be combined with another promotion like '10% off your next order'. However, where free delivery is offered, this will remain.
Free Postage Promotion
Any items returned to us for a refund other than a genuine warranty claim that were subject to free carriage, will be subject to a charge to cover our delivery costs and administration fee which is currently £3.95
