We use DPD for bulky/valuable orders. If the order is received before 12pm and the items are in stock and Express shipping is selected, the order will be dispatched for Express delivery. Our Express shipping is defined as you will receive your goods the following day after receiving the shipping confirmation email

This type of shipping will require a signature. And we advise that a mobile number be provided to so that you can be notified for the 1-hour delivery window that DPD provide on the day of delivery. If no one is going to be around to sign for the parcel[s] we ask that orders are shipped to a business address. This is to avoid any delays where you may not be in to sign for a package and is only available to UK Mainland excluding Highlands and Islands.

Highlands and Islands areas are normally a 2-day delivery service with DPD, you will be notified of any delays.

For international orders please allow up to 10 working days. For international orders we will use a variety of methods to ship your order we will notify you with the relevant information.

Out of Stock Items
If the item you'd like is shown online but out of stock, then you can check availability in store by calling us, making sure you have the product details to hand. If the product is available, then you can place an order over the phone.

Why do we display products that are out of stock online?
We will show out of stock products online so that you still have access to the product details or so that you can (in some instances) place the item on backorder to be delivered when the item returns to stock.
Occasionally, due to circumstances out of our control there are discrepancies with stock levels resulting in out of stock items being reported as in stock. In these cases, we will inform you immediately if there is an alternative or if the item is due back in stock. However, if neither of the options are available we will inform you of our decision to not process your order.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by e-mail [Please check spam/trash folders] or telephone with the option to back order or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
